Inspection Scheduling Change
The cut-off to schedule inspections is now 4:30 p.m. on the day prior to the requested inspection date. Example: If you want an inspection on Tuesday, you must have it called in by 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

Notices of Commencement
A Notice of Commencement will be required for all permits with projects valued at $2500.00 or more.

Mechanical Permits for Mobile Homes
A mechanical sub-permit will be required for all mobile home permits issued for homes with central heat and air units.
